Lihiniya Surf offer 86 well appointed and stylishly designed rooms and suites, each with a breath taking view of what is known to be the longest stretch of beach on the south west coast of the island. 31 air-conditioned standard rooms, 52 air-conditioned superior rooms and 03 air-conditioned suites are available with modern day amenities and friendly staff.

Lihiniya Surf boasts of a spacious restaurant where guests can enjoy a wide array of dishes. Barbecue dinners by the pool or sea food dishes on the beach can be also arranged for the guests to indulge in. Weddings and special events can be organized under request.
Walks around the hotel's very own garden or the wide stretch of beach adjacent to the hotel is ideal for relaxing and lazing round. The hotel's Ayurvedic retreat offers a carefully developed and a comprehensive approach to physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing through the many treatments. With the assistance of an Ayurvedic Physician, guests are invited to visit the Herbal Center where they can learn about medicinal herbs, trees and flowers that provide the base of oils and treatments used in the Ayurvedic process.
